The Stanza Model MC Series of vacuum coaters are designed to coat a full range of tube and pipe products with maximum transfer efficiency

The unit consists of a separation tower, vacuum producer, control panel, and a unique application chamber. This application chamber, featuring our “Free Flow Technology”, enhances coating consistency at lower vacuum pressures. This lessens energy consumption, while permitting higher feed speeds.

A three-stage air filter arrangement, along with our computer designed angular baffle system, promotes clean operating and easy maintenance. All controls are ergonomically located for precise setting and monitoring.

Our UV Curing Oven, in combination with the vacuum coater, allows for immediate curing in a small footprint at high feed speeds. UV Coatings will cure only with the presence of a UV light source.
